Layaway (IN STORE ONLY)
Any changes to layaway orders will result in a 20% restocking fee on total value. Layaways longer than 30 days are subject to 15% interest fee on total value. Layaways longer than 60 days will result in deposits surrendered and items returned to inventory.

Defective merchandise will be repaired, replaced, or refunded following assessment.
Buyer’s Remorse Policy
Returns within 30 days for reasons other than defect will result in a 20% restocking fee.

Return Policy (ONLINE)
Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase. All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to shipping any items to us. All items shipped without an RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
